We are following advice from Public Health England regarding the current outbreak of Coronavirus. For now the RSA Island Centre’s operations remain unchanged. This remains under review. However, please follow common sense precautions:
- If you feel at all unwell, please take care of yourself at home or seek medical attention. Should you need to contact us, please e-mail or call instead.
- If have been in contact with anyone who is unwell, or if you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has travelled through parts of the world listed on this NHS webpage, please follow advice on that page.
We continue to maintain and clean the site to the highest possible standards and have contingency plans in place if our regular cleaning and maintenance team are unwell. The office continues to be staffed between 10am and 2pm, though we request visitors keep a 2m distance between themselves and our team.
Our staff and volunteers are of all ages. It is possible the available staff on site may be at greater risk of severe illness caused by coronavirus. Thus staff have the right to turn any visitors to the office away for the purpose of protecting their own health.
