The new library at 44-46 Island Centre Way is open from Monday 15th December 2008.

The opening hours are:

Mondays 4-7pm
Tuesdays 1-5pm
Thursdays 1-7pm
Saturdays 10-3pm.

Joining the library is free, just bring one proof of identity/address.

Once you have joined, you will then be able to borrow books, language courses, dvds and stories on MP3 players. Free Internet use! There is something for all ages and there will be regular activities such as a story and play session for Under 5s, such as:

Baby Rhymetime sessions:

Tuesday 1.15 – 2pm
Thursday 1.30 – 2pm.

As a member you will have access to the stock of 10 London Library authorities and you can request and renew items on-line from home. The library staff can help you find national, local and council information.

In charge is Tricia Rudkins who has previously worked at Ordnance Road Library.
