We are a friendly, community focused business park located within the listed former Royal Small Arms Factory.
Our historic waterside site offers everything modern enterprise needs to compete:
• High speed broadband (both BT Infinity & Virgin Media)
• Free car parking
• On site Caretaker & management team
• CCTV Coverage
• A range of shops including a pharmacy and supermarket
Where?
We are only 25 minutes (by train) from the City of London and Stratford Westfield. We are less than 10 minutes from junction 25 of the M25, and enjoy regular bus services to Enfield Town, Edmonton and Waltham Cross. We are on the preferred route for Crossrail 2.
Why?
The RSA Island Centre protects and promotes its history as the birthplace of mass production in Europe through our museum and our partnerships with other heritage sites throughout the Lee Valley.
By locating your business here you will be directly helping the local community: all rental profits we make are donated to our charity, The RSA Trust, and distributed to good causes throughout Enfield and the wider Lee Valley. Learn more about how the RSA Island Centre came about by visiting our corporate website here.
